Cooking Pasta with Anna Del Conte at 12.00 noon on Sunday, a workshop for children in the Chocolate Workshops Tent. Come and watch whilst Anna cooks with our 4 competition winners.
Apple Identification with Peter Collett and his team in the Orchard. Running throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday all the identifiers have long experience with the propagation, growing and identification of all temperate fruits but most especially apples. Please bring along your apple and leaf from your tree to the Orchard. The identifiers include Harry Baker (leading World authority on cool temperate fruits, especially apples), Gerry Edwards, Peter Collett and Paul Barnett. Sponsored by NFU Mutual.

Foraging Walks & Talks with Robin Harford – Meet at the Great Outdoors. Sponsored by Prichard Stockbrokers Ltd: Come on an hour long ‘gourmet’ wild food foraging walk around the Feast of Dorset site with Robin Harford. His wild food courses have been highly recommended by the BBC Good Food Magazine, Guardian, GQ etc. He has taught at Eden Project, and was featured on BBC2′s Edwardian Farm. Walks take place at 11.00am and 2.00pm on both days.
Wan Ling Tea Garden: Tea Tastings, Tea Ceremony Class Workshops & Talks throughout both days plus Meet the Artist running on Saturday and Sunday at 11.30am and 2.30pm. Wan Ling Tea Garden will be offering the opportunity to sit back and relax with a cup of superb loose leaf tea and enjoy a talk by local artists. Wan Ling Tea House is working alongside a number of local artists including Mark Freeman pgotographer, Ian Gregory potter & ceramist, Jamie Hart wood sculpture and Clare who works with glass to produce wonderful colourful sculptures. Happy Chickens Race Farm Poultry. Workshops taking place throughout the two days include the topics; Selection of Breeds, Choosing a House, Handling, Feeding & Healthcare, Selling Eggs / Producing Meat / Breeding. There will be a henhouse with live birds, hatching eggs and chicks.
