STAND CHARGES FOR TWO DAYS:

Stands within Food / Craft / other Big marquees
£75.00 per square metre

Mini Restaurants and Freestanding units with own Marquee / Gazebo
3 x 3 = 9m2 = £350 plus VAT
3 x 6 = 18m2 = £700 plus VAT

Stands of a charity or educational nature
2 x 1.5 = 3m2 = £150 plus VAT

Concessionaires
3 x 3 = £500 plus VAT
3 x 6 = £900 plus VAT

All the above prices include: Pre and post show logo on website with a link, VIP parking. 24 hour security is
provided within the festival site backed up by a team of marshalls. Access to water via standpipes. Rubbish
collection points and comprehensive recycling facilities.

OTHER:

Trestle tables, chillers and electrical connections available at an extra cost.

Final location of stands is at the discretion of the organiser.

Exhibitors must provide their own public liability insurance certificate.

Priority will be given to stands promoting products from Dorset, Devon, Wiltshire, Somerset, Avon,
Cornwall and Gloucestershire.

The organisers retain the right to refuse a booking at any time for any reason.

Marquees and gazebos need to be of a cer tain standard. The organisers reserve the right to request
a photograph beforehand.
