Camping
Camping is available on the Saturday evening only. Campers may arrive from 10am onwards on Saturday. No sales of pitches after 10am Saturday 17th September.
Arrival at the site
Camper vans and vehicles (no caravans allowed) to access via Public Car Park, entrance off King Street. Please inform stewards you are camping and they will direct you to the campsite. At the campsite entrance please provide your name. Your pre-booked vehicle badge and wristbands will then be issued.
Note due to the Falconry Displays we regret no vehicles will be admitted to the campsite between 1pm - 2 pm and 4pm – 5pm. Campers arriving between these times are welcome to park vehicles in main car park and collect their tickets from the ticket office. No vehicular access allowed to the campsite after 7pm.
Please drive carefully and slow down for children.
Sunday Breakfast
Breakfast available in the Tipi or Brunch in The Bull & Anchor Restaurant
Services provided on site
- Free on-site showers & WC facilities. Please conserve water wherever possible.
- Drinking water available via standpipe.
- Rubbish collection points and comprehensive recycling facilities. If possible please take rubbish home with you.
- Please bring a torch.
Open Fires / BBQ's
A communal bonfire will be provided. Use of gas, Charcoal burning and disposable foil BBQs will only be permitted in the designated BBQ area near the bonfire site. No naked flames or cooking allowed in the tented area. Do not change gas canisters inside your tent or camper van and do not leave BBQs unattended. After use dispose in metal dustbin provided.
Fire
Please be aware of the nearest Fire Point in the Campsite. If you discover a fire call the Emergency Services immediately and then report it to Security 07885 988 318 or a steward.
Emergencies
Contact Security on 07885 988 318.
If an emergency occurs that requires clearance of the festival site, please follow instructions and directions issued by stewards and security personnel.
Security
Security will do their best to keep an eye on your vehicles, tents etc however we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or injury that may occur. We recommend you get to know your neighbours and look out for each other. If you see anyone acting suspiciously please tell Security or a Steward immediately.
Children
Children under 16 must be supervised by adults in the campsite as well as the festival site at all times.
River
Please exercise caution of the river.
Consideration for others
No amplified music is allowed on the campsite and we reserve the right to confiscate equipment which will be returned at the end of the festival.
Please be considerate to your neighbours, especially late at night and early in the morning.
Leaving the festival
Please leave the site by 7.30pm on Sunday.
